What you will learn

You will gain the skills to assess client needs, provide emotional and practical support, and coordinate community programs. The course also teaches you to apply legal and ethical frameworks, manage cases effectively, and work with diverse groups, including families, older adults, and people with disabilities.

Includes up to 200 hours of supervised work placement in an approved community service organisation.
