This program includes management competencies which will equip graduates with the knowledge and confidence to meet the daily challenges of working within the early childhood industry and the ability to lead and mentor other staff and volunteers.

What you will learn

You will develop advanced skills in leadership, team management, and curriculum design for early childhood education settings. Includes 400 hours of practical placement within an approved Early Childhood Education and Care centre.
