On Friday, 2025, AMCA welcomed a very special guest to our Melbourne campus – Daniele Gagliotta, World Pizza Champion from DOC Pizza. In this exclusive masterclass, our Commercial Cookery and Hospitality students had the privilege of learning from one of the best in the world!
